How It Started
The Attitude is Everything Foundation (AIEF) was created by teen advocate and youth motivational speaker Jesse LeBeau. Growing up as an underdog and learning how to succeed against the odds has given Jesse a passion for helping others achieve their dreams. You can watch his story here.
Attitude Is Everything: The Program
The Attitude Is Everything program provides a live presentation at K-12 schools as well as colleges across the country (and abroad) designed to inspire, educate and support troubled youth. Students learn valuable life lessons such as the importance of their own personal attitudes, taking responsibility for their lives, believing in themselves and the value of hard work as a means to help them focus on the importance of education, graduating from high school and pursuing a higher education and career paths.
In addition to the powerful presentation, we give school instructors and students a take away program that can be taught in the classroom and continued at home. The Attitude Is Everything curriculum includes the “Among The Giants’ book, corresponding workbook and follow up videos. This curriculum drives home the life lessons students have been taught, helps them apply it to their lives and teaches new principles specifically designed to help young people with the issues they face in today’s ever changing world.

Our Mission
The primary purpose of this foundation is to inspire, educate, and equip students with the tools for sustainable success. We believe that building up self-esteem in young people is critical to their development and we provide youth across the country (and abroad) with live motivational speaking events, original content and curriculum teaching vital life lessons to improve self-esteem and positively impact the direction of their lives.
